By using the Aylee Designs website and its services ("The Site"), you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms").  If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not use The Site.  Aylee Designs may in its sole discretion change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. All images sent to clients excluding business-related designs are for personal use only.  If images are to be used commercially, please contact us for details.

Aylee Designs, whether affiliated or not affiliated with vendors linked to or from this site, is not responsible for their content and services.  Transactions with these vendors are solely between you and such vendors.  Aylee Designs shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such vendors.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AYLEE DESIGNS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE, EVEN IF AYLEE DESIGNS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You agree to indemnify and hold Aylee Designs, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use or misuse of The Site in violation of these Terms and/or arising from a breach of these Terms and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any information that you post on The Site causes Aylee Designs to be liable to another.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Contact info will never be shared nor sold.  Aylee Designs reserves the right to publish images of the projects we've done.  Sensitive information such as email, address and phone number will be censored.  Additional privacy measures may be requested by contacting us.
