HOW IT WORKS

1. Fill out a request form by clicking on the appropriate product above.
2. A Project Cost Sheet (PCS) that contains an itemized price quote will be emailed to you for review.
3. Upon your acceptance of the price quote, you will be notified regarding availability of service.  If available, a Paypal invoice for a non-refundable deposit of $50 or 40% of the total cost, whichever is greater, will be sent.
4. The design process starts three (3) to four (4) weeks before the delivery date entered in the order, once deposit is received.
5. Printing starts upon verification and approval of a design.  Printing and assembly may take one (1) to two (2) weeks depending on the type of project and quantity.
6. Once printing and assembly is finished, you will receive a Paypal invoice for the remaining balance and an email with a photo of the finished product/s.
7. Upon receipt of final payment, your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
