Where is Aylee Designs located?
Aylee Designs is located in New York.

Do you have a storefront or studio?
No.  Aylee Designs is mainly an online company.

Can I contact you by phone?
Yes, our phone number is 1.888.624.3711.  However, we suggest contacting us by email.  We are unavailable on the phone, but have access to email during the day and early evening at our day job.

What software do you use?
We use Adobe Creative Suite CS3.

Do you offer cutting services only for the boarding passes and program fans?
Yes, we do.  Contact us for details.

Is it possible to know the name of the fonts used on my designs?
Due to the nature of our work, we are unable to provide details of the design including fonts used without additional licensing.  Contact us on how to obtain additional licensing.

MONOGRAMS

What do I get for my monogram order?
A digital file of the monogram is sent in the format you requested by email.

Can you mail my monograms to my home?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide that option at the moment.

Can I see samples of my monograms before I pay?
Since all monograms are personalized, work on the monograms can only start upon receipt of payment.

Do you still offer free monograms?
We offer free monogram with purchase.  We also send out a monthly email to our mailing list with a promotion code that can be used towards a free monogram.  Click here to add your email address to our mailing list.  Our free monogram offer that does not require purchase is no longer available.

What is the size of the monogram?
The monograms range from 1000 to 1800 pixels (3-6 inches at 300dpi) in length depending on the monogram style.  If you have a particular size you need, let us know.  If you are using the monogram in several sizes, we suggest ordering EPS or vector format for an additional fee.

Can I edit the monogram once I receive it?
It depends on the format you ordered.  We suggest ordering EPS or vector format if you want to edit your monogram.  If you have a capable software program, some of the other formats can be edited.  Please remember that all items purchased are subject to copyright laws.

What format is best suited for my needs?

My vendor asked me for a vector format, do you have that format available?
Vector formats available are EPS and AI.  These formats are available for a fee.

What if I don't see the design I have in mind in your Monogram Design Collection?
You can order a custom monogram by filling out the request form here.

Do I need my monogram to have clear/transparent background if I'm printing it on colored paper?
Since printers don't print white, you don't need your monogram to have clear/transparent background.

How do I place my monogram into my template or file?
Each software has different instructions.  Please call your software manufacturer for assistance.

PRINTS

Can I customize the design for my prints or are you set on a design template?
All our print products are fully customizable except for the size.  At your acceptance of the price quote, you will be asked for details of the design you have in mind.

What is the design/layout fee?
Since all our print services are custom-made, the design/layout fee covers the design process.

Can I have a monogram included in the design?
Absolutely.  Just upload your monogram file when you submit your acceptance of the price quote.  If you don't have a monogram, you can order a monogram with us.  Click here for details.

What method of printing do you use?
To be able to provide low-priced and small quantity orders, we use digital printing.  If you prefer a different method of printing, you have two options:

  1. Allow us to find a printer that will do the job.  Additional printing fees and turnaround time will apply.
  2. Submit a design request here and you can submit your finished design to your printer.

Do you offer discounts for bigger orders?
No, we don't.  Since we use digital printing that does not require plates, printing costs are the same regardless of quantity.

Can I use the boarding passes as seating cards?
Definitely.  It's up to you how you use and design your boarding passes.

Do you sell envelopes for the boarding passes?
No, we don't.  The boarding passes and pockets fit in a regular #10 (9 1/2 x 4 1/8) envelope.

Can I have more than 6 leaves for the program fans?
Yes.  However, a brad will be used instead of an eyelet.  Additional fees apply for more than 6 leaves.

Do you offer print services for other products besides boarding passes and program fans?
Not at the moment.  Click here to be notified via email of new products and promotions at Aylee Designs.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, just let us know beforehand.  You will only be charged the handling fee.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We mostly use USPS.  Sometimes, we use UPS for bigger orders.

What is your return policy?
Since services we provide include personalization, we cannot accept any returns and cannot issue any refunds under any circumstances.
